Alexis is a dedicated Dance Fitness Instructor with over four years of experience in the fitness industry. As the founder of Wild Ones Fitness Studio, she has cultivated a vibrant community focused on health and wellness through innovative dance-based fitness programs. Alexis holds certifications in Aerius and Zumba, demonstrating her commitment to providing high-quality instruction and promoting an active lifestyle. Her passion for dance and fitness inspires her clients to embrace their unique journeys towards wellness.

Jenna began practicing aerial dance in 2014 and has been teaching for three years. She has completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training and has certificates in aerial instruction and flexibility training from Spin City Aerial. Her favorite apparatuses are lyra, dance trapeze, silks, and hammock. She encourages everyone who's interested to come fly and welcomes all bodies, genders, and abilities.

Passionate, creative, and dedicated, Ashley brings years of experience and a fresh perspective to the dance studio. After seven years of competitive dance in upstate New York, she earned a BFA in Dance Studies, diving deep into modern techniques like Graham, Cunningham, and Laban. From performing on the field with her college’s football dance team, to having her choreography showcased in major concerts and showcases, Ashley thrives on bringing movement to life. Specializing in hip-hop, contemporary, and lyrical, she is committed to creating a space where students feel safe to express themselves, grow as artists, and know that they truly matter.

Ann starting pole dancing in 2012. She began instructing in 2019 and quickly developed a passion for helping her students thrive in their pole journey. Using her years of experience to tailor her classes to their needs and skill level, she is committed to helping her students grow, thrive, and excel in their movement.

Claire began pole dancing in grad school in 2012 and started teaching a year later. It quickly became a vital part of her personal and professional life, growing with her over the years. She enjoys working with all levels—from nervous beginners to advanced students chasing big goals—and loves supporting each person's unique journey, whether it's building strength, confidence, sensuality, or community. She’s always up for themes or costumes in class and enjoys both performing and cheering others on in competitions and showcases.
